Projects
A selection of projects I am or have been involved in — focusing on knowledge transfer, networking and sustainable development within both the equine sector and human development.
Creating spaces for networking, learning, reflection and meaningful conversations around horse breeding.
Connect, Select & Grow is an interactive workshop concept, designed to connect breeders with each other and with industry stakeholders, increase knowledge in breeding-related subjects and support long-term development through practical tools, reflection and coaching.
Although originally developed for horse breeders, the concept can easily be adapted to many different industries and professional contexts.
Developed and performed together with Michael Doherty.
The Horse Welfare Summit, arranged by RS Flyinge, is arranged for the second time 2026 and is an international conference and recurring meeting place for everyone who wants to contribute to the sustainable development of horse welfare. Find out more about HWS 2026 here.
A new business education for equestrian entrepreneurs
Passion & Profit is RS Flyinges new four-module program for equestrian professionals who want to build a business that is both sustainable and viable over time. Using your own business as a case, the program helps you turn your passion into a clear business concept and develop your knowledge in areas such as finance, marketing, communication, law, self leadership and sustainability.
By the end of the program, you will have created your own business plan - grounded in your goals, your reality and your long term ambitions.
